Everyone at Revel has been super helpful getting us set up in time for our open day. We had a very short time span to choose a system and have it installed. I researched several different systems before choosing revel, but decided on revel because of the added functions and updates. It wasn’t the cheapest, but seemed to do more than many of the other systems I looked at, and the reviews were better too.

Revel has been a fantastic addition to our cafe here in Parramatta. It has been super easy for my team to pick up and along with the great search bar makes processing orders quick and easy. The fact that you can access extensive reports from anywhere is a big plus to us as is the fact that Revel operates perfectly when offline. We have also recieved plenty of comments from guests that notice the POS and suggest how good it looks with our Customer Display Screen. The service and support from Revel has been great.

Initially, my primary reason for choosing Revel Systems was the iPad Based Register that allowed me to maintain a very clean sparse counter/cashiering area that matched my restaurant design.

To have a system which is so fast and accurate, has eliminated the mistakes previously made and ensured the business is more streamlined. With the ease of adding additional orders and recording staff hours, our revenue has increased and our staff have more time to spend with our customers. The reports are easy to read, yet comprehensive enough to view all aspects of the business. The installation process was as efficient as promised and the support, from Jet Support, has been excellent, but rarely needed.

In short, I don’t know how we ever managed without it.

Though I’m sure we drove them nuts from time to time with our many requests for help, advice, and resolution of what to us were big problems. In reality they were small issues and the patience and support was extremely helpful and allowed us to come out the other side with a robust, but flexible system that for the most part we can manage ourselves.
